Log into your Neewer account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the electronics in their original packaging, ensuring all accessories, cables, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.
Receive Your Refund
Once our technical team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
